Kinesiology-also known as muscle testing

Kinesiology is also known or referred to as muscle testing. It is used to identify imbalances in the physical mental or emotional bodies. Kinesiology is able to tap into energies that other modalities do not assess. There is a natural feedback system between the muscles, the nervous system and the brain.

This muscle feedback system gives instant access to information held in the subconscious mind. It also helps to identify your limiting beliefs on the subconscious mind and the many other levels.

There are many different ways to use muscle testing to get the information you are seeking. The following is a list of three different ways that I personally use:

  1. Standing: Stand in the north direction, facing south. Stand with your feet shoulder length apart. Take a deep breath, relax, place your hands on your heart. Be loose in your stance. To begin with, out loud or in your mind, make a statement. Such as, ‘I am a woman’, if you sway forward the answer is true. If sway you backwards the answer is false or no.

  2. Using your fingers by placing your thumb and ring finger together. Use either hand. Hold firmly, but not too tight. With your other hand connect your index finger and thumb together. Now insert your index and thumb inside the circle of your other hand. Make a statement, now push your index and thumb apart while inside the other circle. If the circle holds, your answer is yes, if it breaks apart, your answer is no.

  3. This one works by programming your mind by giving the intent that when your index finger raises, the answer is yes, when the middle finger raises, the answer is no. This works great when you are in a place you need answers but don’t want it to be noticeable.

Trouble-shooting:

If you are not getting clear answers there are a couple of things you can do.

  1. Ground

  2. Put a small amount of salt under your tongue and drink a glass of water. Hydration is the key.

  3. If using the circle technique, adjust the tension on your thumb and ring finger.

  4. Make sure you are making a statement and not asking a question. Example: ‘I am happy’, not ‘Am I happy?’.

The amazing thing about this technique is that you can use it for vitamins, food, buying a car, about your relationships or anything else you can think of.
